I did it. I opened an Etsy shop. Right now, there's just some pendants up, but let me know if there is something that you want to see there. I will gradually transition all my crafts and art stuff to my Etsy shop so that you can easily purchase them. I will also place a link (or multiple links) on this website so that you can find my shop easily!

Craft Show

There was a craft show today (sorry for not telling you!). It could have gone better, but I did sell stuff (yay!). I sold pendants--mostly wire-wrapped stones--and flower hair clips. I also had a couple handbound sketchbooks/journals for sale.
In a couple weeks, I will be posting the stuff that didn't sell either on Facebook or eBay (possibly both) to sell. I will post the link to the album or listing here so that you can find it.

More about the Book

For those of you who want to know more about my book, here it is.

1. The "thesis" of my book is most clearly stated here:

One potter there abides

2. I will put the rest of my illustrations on here! It will not be immediate, as life is a bit crazy right now (I am minus one computer). I will probably post them after graduation, which is April 28.
3. I am still contemplating publishing my book. If you are interested in a copy (if I do decide to), please let me know.
4. I am presenting on my book on Tuesday, April 3 at 1:00pm (Century Dining Room). If you are in the Marion area, I would love to see you there.

Senior Show Coming Soon!!

My senior show is coming up in about a week! I will be displaying my book, which I talk about here. I ordered business cards (with my new logo!), purchased business card holders, and wrote out an artist statement. The show is coming up very quickly.
The opening will be on Monday, March 26 from 4-6pm in the 1920 Gallery. The show will be up until Easter break (April 6th).

The wax for my bronze sculpture is done! I will invest it after our Spring Break, and then pour the bronze. Exciting! :D

On another note, I am in the process of re-binding my senior project. I should have that done by then end of this week. Don't worry! There are no major changes. I just added in a title. Titles are good, when it comes to books. I will update you when I am finished with that. The opening for my show will be on March 26, and the show will be up through the beginning of April.
